取消強積金對沖已實施,政府有什麼措施補貼僱主?即睇申請資助計劃懶人包!

取消強制性公積金(「強積金」)「對沖」安排於 2025 年 5 月 1 日(即「轉制日」)實施,為配合「取消強積金對沖安排」,勞工處推行「取消強積金對沖安排」資助計劃,為僱主提供為期25年的資助,分擔僱主就僱員在「取消強積金對沖」之後的僱用期所衍生的遣散費/長期服務金的支出。在資助期內,資助比率會按年遞減,協助僱主逐步適應政策轉變。 每個資助年度,就僱主每年遣散費/長服金轉制後部分的總淨額,會以50萬元為界,設有不同的資助比率。 政府有什麼措施補貼僱主?如何申請取消強積金對沖安排資助計劃? 政府為僱主提供資助,協助商界過渡及適應。推出網上計算工具,協助僱主及僱員計算取消「對沖」後的遣散費及長服金、僱主可獲的資助款額,以及僱員的權益總和。 資助計劃於2025 年 5 月 1 日起接受申請。僱主可經「援『沖』易」遞交申請,亦可將填妥的申請表格,連同所需證明文件副本,經電郵、傳真、郵寄或親身送交取消強積金「對沖」安排資助計劃服務處;或放入投遞箱。僱主須在支付遣散費/長服金予僱員之日起計的三個月內遞交申請。逾期申請將不獲受理。 僱主申領資助需符合甚麼條件? 僱主須全數支付遣散費/長服金予僱員,然後才可向政府申領資助。申請資格須符合下列條件: 僱主供款豁免職業退休計劃包括: 如何計算為期 25 年僱主資助計劃的資助比率? 每個資助年度,就僱主每年遣散費/長服金轉制後部分的總凈額,在50 萬元以內及50 萬元以外的資助申請(即「50 萬元界線」),設有不同的資助比率。 在首九個資助年度,僱主就每宗在 50 萬元界線內的獲批申請個案所需負擔的遣散費 /長服金轉制後部分支出會「封頂」。如扣除按指定資助比率計算的資助額後( 僱主需負擔的支出超出「封頂」金額 超出部分會由政府資助。 在 50 萬元界線外的獲批申請個案( 僱主所需負擔的遣散費/長服金轉制後部分支出不設「封頂」。 由第 13 個資助年度開始 在 50 萬元界線外的申請個案將不會獲得資助。 YOOV 如何助力MPF管理? 僱主知多啲:取消強積金對沖安排,點計算遣散費/長期服務金
